Foroige:

The Youth Cafes for all young people runs on

  • Wednesday after school from 3.15 to 4.30 for 2nd years
  • Thursday after school from 3.15 to 4.30 for 1st Years
  • Friday 7-9pm for young people 15+
  • Teenage Health Groups where we do a 10 week programme with young people as the need arises
  • Health and Fitness Group on Wednesday 5-6.30 for 12-14 year olds,
  • There is a drop in for older teens 16+ in the music studio on Thursday evenings from 5-8pm
  • Youth Entrepreneurship group on Tuesday after school
  • There is a volunteer led Autism group on Tuesday from 6-7pm and a music club in the studio on Saturdays from 4-6pm.

SilverCloud: provides online cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) which can help people experiencing depression and anxiety in Ireland. The service is available through referral from Primary Care Psychology, the National Counselling Service, Jigsaw & your GP. Once referred to the programme you can start accessing support within 24 hours.
