If you (student) have any software issues relating to IT in CPS please complete the following options:
- Complete the Student Device Issues
- Talk to Ms. Confrey and Ms. Kelly regarding your ICT issue. You can find us in our offices.
- Approach one of the Digital Leaders if the issue can be fixed easily.
If you (student) have any hardware issues relating to IT in CPS please complete the following option:
- Log a ticket Wriggle Support Ticket
- For broken/lost chargers and pens please purchase a new one.
*Software Issues Examples: Office365/One Note, VSWare, WIFI, Storage and Password Issues.
* Hardware Issues Examples: Damaged Screen, Broken Keyboard/Missing Keys, Broken Charger/Pens etc.
