Student Support

If you (student) have any software issues relating to IT in CPS please complete the following options:

1. Complete the Student Device Issue 2025 2026
2. Talk to Ms. Kelly regarding your ICT issue. You can find me in my office across from 120 on the Red Floor.
3. Approach one of the Digital Leaders if the issue can be fixed easily.

If you (student) have any hardware issues relating to IT in CPS please complete the following option:

1. Log a ticket Wriggle Support Ticket
2. For broken/lost chargers and pens please purchase a new one.

*Software Issues Examples: Office365/One Note, VSWare, WIFI, Storage and Password Issues.

* Hardware Issues Examples: Damaged Screen, Broken Keyboard/Missing Keys, Broken Charger/Pens etc.
