Croí News

On Friday morning 24th January 2020 Croí Students and Staff welcomed, Principal, SEN Co-ordinator and Co-ordinator of ASD Class of St. Peters College Dunboyne, Principal of St. Ciaran Community School Kell and Deputy Principal of Maynooth Post Primary School. The purpose of their visit was to look at our Croí facilities and the programmes Croí students’ access. They were particularly interested in how Croí facilities are accessed by mainstream students on the ASD spectrum and students who need additional support from guidance councillors who also access the multisensory room / wellness room / sensory garden to self-regulate / carry out movement breaks etc. Our five visitors were in awe of the purpose-built State of art facilities we have in our Croí Centre.

Thanks to all the Staff involved in the morning.

A big thanks to our Croí students who were so proud to share with our visitors their learning journey to date in Croí and in mainstream.
