Christmas Jumper Day
There will be a Christmas jumper day on the 18th of December for students and staff. This is being run to raise money for two very worthy charities. The Peter Mc Verry Trust and the SOS Nicaragua-Europe fund. The Peter Mc Verry trust is a charity that assists homeless people in Ireland, helping them to find homes and rebuild their lives. The SOS Nicaragua-Europe fund is a fund set up to aid victims of Hurricane Eta and IOTA in Nicaragua (the home country of our Spanish teacher Ms.Medina). Students and staff will be asked to bring in 2euro on the day and the money raised will be divided equally between the two charities. The Transition Years are going to assist in collecting the money and picking the winners of the best jumpers. There will be prizes for the best jumper worn by a Junior and Senior student and a member of staff from each of the staffrooms. The winners will be announced over the intercom at the end of the day.

Market Day
Our annual Market Day will take place this year on Thursday morning in the courtyard.
TY and Croí students will set up their stands and 1st and 2nd years will be called down two class groups at a time for around 20 minutes per session.
Our 6th Year LCA class Rang Turlach will be on hand to help out on the day, running the snack stand and on organisational duties.
Students are excited to present and sell their products and delighted to have the opportunity to take part in Market day this year.
We really appreciate your support in advance of this day as staff are always more than generous in supporting market day every year.
