The Schools Portal will open again from Wednesday 11th of May at 10am and will close on Tuesday 17th of May in order to upload the coursework in
- Politics & Society
- Agricultural Science .
It will also be possible for schools to upload outstanding coursework in Physical Education, Economics and Computer Science.

If files are not correctly named they will be rejected by the Schools Portal.
Simply changing a file extension, e.g. from .mov to .mp4 or from .odt to .docx, will most likely cause the file to become corrupt and unreadable by the State Examinations Commission. The file must be saved in the correct format initially.
It is important when naming files that the file extension is not repeated. This can occur when file extensions are turned off and therefore not shown in Windows Explorer. In order to be certain that file extensions are displayed when you are naming your files make sure the File name extensions tickbox under the View menu is ticked. Note that the image below is from Windows 10. This procedure may be slightly different if you are using a different version of Windows.
If your school are using Mac OS rather than Windows this option can be found in the
Finder - > Preferences -> Advanced menu as shown below
